New Client Session
New Client sessions are important. They create the framework for our ongoing work together. It’s in this session that we establish fitness and health goals with regards to pilates and then begin to layout the progression to achieving those goals.

Private Pilates Session
Private Pilates Sessions are where the ongoing work happens. Best taken 1-3 times weekly, private sessions are focused on the client’s ongoing needs and work to achieve their fitness goals.

Duet Pilates Session
Duet Pilates Sessions give more experienced pilates clients the opportunity to work with more flow and advanced transitions to challenge their workout.
Duet Pilates Sessions should be booked with a partner. The studio is not responsible for finding a duet partner.
